Noirmoutier - Fromentine
Fromentine est un excellent spot de kite, de windsurf et de wing. Il marche de Sud à Nord-Nord-Ouest. Ce spot est top mais très fréquenté. A marée basse, le spot est tout plat, idéal pour les débutants, vous pouvez naviguer dans des bassines formées par les bancs de sables. Le thermique de Nord-Ouest rentre bien sur ce spot, particulièrement à marée descendante. Faites attention aux courants. Dés que la marée monte, si il y a de la houle, vous pouvez trouver des vagues intéressantes (c’est pas forcément hawaii non plus !). Deux points importants Il faut respecter la zone de décollage l’été pour les kites et il est interdit de naviguer entre le continent et l’île dans le chenal. Attention par fort coefficient de marée il n'y a plus de place pour poser des ailes de kitesurf à marée haute. Attention également aux rochers à droite (vers le pont) à marée basse.
