Marée du port : SAINT-GILDAS
L’Ilot (Pointe Saint-Gildas)
Spot de windsurf orienté vague. Son accès, est difficile (plage étroite avec beaucoup de roches). A marée basse, il y a un chenal entre deux rangers de rochers ! Les vagues peuvent être grosses par forte houle. La plus belle vague est une vague qui déroule sur une dalle rocheuse. Très peu de monde.Les meilleures orientations sont Sud et Sud-Ouest. -------------
