Saint-Michel-en-grève
C'est la plus grande plage des alentours de Lannion. A marée basse par grands coefficients, l'eau est très très très loin ! Il peut y avoir pas mal de vagues mais plutôt molles. Par Sud-Ouest le vent est side mais plutôt irrégulier, le spot est donc plus intéressant par Ouest. Spot vraiment sympa pour les débutants car sans danger. Le vent y est toujours un peu plus faible que sur les spots plus au nord du Tregor. Enormément d'algues vertes l'été. Kite Toutes marées sauf 2h avant et après les marées hautes supérieures à 80 de coefficient. Wing et Windsurf toutes marées (éviter la marée basse par gros coefficient pour le Km de marche avec le matos). Attention à la croix de milieu qui est balisée par 4 bouée jaune. ----------------
