Ce spot fonctionne par tramontane. Le spot est règlementé, vous pouvez vous renseigner un centre nautique. Vous trouverez sur place un parking, une aires de pique-nique, une buvette, un parcours santé, une zone de randonnée pédestre - et une base nautique a proximité (voile légère, windsurf, wingfoil, paddle, kayak); Attention de mettre des chaussons. Certaines zones sont interdites durant la période de nidifications (infos la météo des oiseaux), attention également aux zones de pêches (filets posés en permanence) et veuillez respecter la zone école de voile surtout en foil. ------------
