Marée du port : L'ABER BENOÎT
Sainte Marguerite
C’est un spot qui se pratique à marée haute, il y a pieds partout dans la bassine (sauf par très gros coefficient de marée). La partie wing et Windsurf est plus sur la gauche du spot car il y a du fond. Sainte-Marguerite est un super spot pour débuter en kite, en Wingfoil ou en windsurf. A marée basse, il y a pied partout à tel point que pendant les grandes marées, la mer peut être très très reculée (500m !). Dans cette magnifique baie (baie des Anges), les vents favorables sont ouest, nord-Ouest et sud-ouest (un peu rafaleux). Ce spot est également excellent pour le freestyle dans un cadre paradisiaque. Le plan d’eau est très légèrement clapoteux. Faire attention aux cailloux et parcs à huitre à marée basse. Attention pas très gros coefficients, il n’y a plus assez d’eau pour les foils à marée basse. Merci à Valentin pour les informations.
