Le Men Du (La Trinité-sur-Mer)
Entre Carnac et la Trinité. Il faut suivre la Trinité par la côte en quittant Carnac, ou l'inverse. Plan d'eau plat. Fonctionne à mi-marée/marée basse. On a alors pied sur une grande distance (plage très plate), on navigue à droite de l'îlot (côté ouest), le plan d'eau est glassy à mi-marée. Orientation de sud-est à sud-ouest. Kite & Wing spot toléré l'hiver et interdit l'été ! Spot très plat et bien protégé. Perso, l'été je pars de Kervillen, près du camping. Marche bien par ouest et sud ouest avec le thermique. Déjà vu des windsurfeurs partir de Beaumer surtout par Nord nord est.
