Lancieux -Roche Morin
C'est en fond de baie de Lancieux que se trouve ce magnifique spot. A partir des 2 parking (barres à 1m90), prenez le chemin des bénédictins pour vous y rendre. A partir de 7m d'eau. Attention la petite plage des Briantais sur votre droite est interdite en Juillet Aout et à vrai dire n'est pas un ''véritable'' spot. Il est idéal pour se mettre à l'eau à la descendante à 6m de hauteur d'eau essentiellement. La Plage de la roche Morin offre un très grand terrain de jeux. Idéal par vent Plein Nord ( NNO à NNE) et par vent de Sud à Sud-ouest. Attention cependant par ces orientations Off shore à bien pouvoir revenir sur le bord de plage et d'éviter d'aller coté St jacut quand le vent est Sud-Ouest.
