La Baule - Casino
Spot tous niveaux de Freeride et vagues par vent de Sud-Est à Sud-Ouest. Spot de Freeride sauf au large sur un banc de sable sur lequel lève de belles vagues par forte houle, principalement à mi-marée. Le Spot est plutôt clapoteux. Il faut partir à La Baule, en face du Casino, à droite de la plage. Beaucoup de monde sur ce spot et l’été la plage est remplie de plagistes. Le Kitesurf est interdit pendant la période estivale, du 15 Mai au 15 Septembre dans la journée mais toléré en soirée. ----------------------
