Grayes-sur-Mer
Ce spot fréquenté par les Kites (pour le Windsurf, c’est Courseulles) se trouve juste à côté du camping municipal. C'est une plage qui est surveillée l'été par des sauveteurs elle est séparée en deux avec un côté baigneur et un autre pour la navigation. Très bonne ambiance et respect des deux côtés…le reste de l'année c'est open bar pour le kite. Pour l’accès c'est top, il y a un très grand parking d'herbe qui donne sur la mer et qui permet de préparer le matos, sinon côté mer il y a toujours de la place pour décoller une aile sans soucis. Le Spot est navigable de Nord-Ouest à Est. Pour les vagues c'est pas ça , il faut un bon coup de nord-est pour lever la houle mais les vagues sont très rapprochées et c'est vite un peu le champs de mine à la haute mer. Pour les débutants, mieux vaut faire la descendante par coefficient modéré. A marée basse, faire attention à la partie ouest du spot qui laisse affleuré des plateaux rocheux, rien de méchant mais les planches n’aiment pas trop. Très important en cas de petit creux ou de session très longue il y a des tables en bois entre la mer et le parking pour pique-niquer. De plus, une petite épicerie à 20m dans le camping peux fournir de quoi ce restaurer, et boire de bonnes bières pressions pour finir une belle journée… (Merci à Caballero de http//www.cnkite.fr pour ces précisions) --------------
