Marée du port : ILES SAINT-MARCOUF
Courseulles
Spot de windsurf et de wingfoil (à marée haute) très fréquenté. Il y a un parking avec du gazon pour gréer. Ce Spot fonctionne presque par toutes les orientations de vent même si l’idéal est un vent de Sud à Sud-Ouest. Le thermique de Nord-Est rentre également très bien. Ce spot est clapoteux mais sans danger (quelques rochers quand même à marée basse). Quelques vagues peuvent se former à marée descendante sur les bancs de sable (au top par vent de secteur Nord-Est). Par vent de Sud à Sud-Est c'est tout plat pour les bords de vitesse à marée basse. A marée basse, il y a pied assez loin. Attention, par gros coefficients (à partir de 80), des rochers sont à fleurs d'eau assez loin en mer à marée basse. Ce Spot est très bien pour les débutants. Attention à marée haute, il peut y avoir un petit shore break. -------------
