Marée du port : TREGUIER
Gouermel
Spot de Windsurf, Wingoil et Kitesurf. Ce spot est adapté aux débutant par Nord à Nord-Est en fonction de la marée. Le thermique de Nord-Est rentre bien sur ce spot. En kitesurf, pour les débutants, il faut privilégier la mi-marée entre 4 et 7m d'eau. Pour le Wingfoil, il faut plus de 5,5 mètres d'eau. Attention aux cailloux aux bords surtout côté Plougrescant. Il y a de nombreux baigneurs l'été. --------------
