Pen Guen, Saint-Cast
Le Spot de Pen Guen propose des conditions de freeride avec un vent OnShore. Le spot est plutôt chouette, bordée par le golf de Saint-Cast. Quand il y a une grosse houle, les vagues qui peuvent rentrer de l'autre côté de la pointe sur la grande plage de Saint Cast ne rentrent pas à Pen Guen. L'été, la pratique du kitesurf est autorisée avant 10h00 et après 19h30, à condition que la mer soit descendue à un niveau plus bas que la mi-marée.
