La Mondrée
Spot de vague tribord fonctionnant d' Est-Nord-Est à Est. C'est irrégulier en Est. Uniquement pour les confirmés. Il faut y aller par vent fort, à partir de 25 nds. La vague est de type shore break puissant. Une seule roller mais avec du power. Attention à ne pas casser au large (courant) et au rocher sur la gauche du spot. C'est le seul endroit ou l'on peut surfer frontside avec de la puissance dans la vague par houle de nord-est. Attention à l'énorme shorebreak à marée haute mais également au fort courant qui vous pousse vers les falaises. A marée basse, faites attention aux rochers. ----------------
