Cabourg
Spot de freeride pour le kitesurf, windsurf et wingsurf (surtout à marée haute pour les foils). Le thermique de Nord-Est rentre très faiblement. Le meilleur vent sont les vents d'Ouest à Ouest-Nord-Ouest qui amènent quelques petites vagues ainsi que le vent de Nord à Nord-Est. Attention au shorebreak à marée haute. Le Kite est autorisé en été en respectant la zone de pratique. Les informations de ce spot sont gérées par l'association LH, merci à eux ! ---------------------

Dans votre descriptif vous dites que le Kite est interdit l'été mais c'est une erreur ! Le Kite y est autorisé aussi en été, sur la zone bien défini pour la pratique. Et pour ce qui est de la meilleure orientation du vent, les habitués du spot, semblent majoritaire pour dire que la meilleure orientation est Nord voir même plutôt NordEst.
