Surfers Paradise
FR : Spot de Kitesurf, windsurf, wingsurf et surf. Ce chouette spot fonctionne par vent de Ouest à Est-Nord-Est, la meilleure orientation étant le vent d'Ouest-Nord-Ouest à Nord-Nord-Est. Par vent d'Est-Nord-Est vous aurez les plus grosses vagues. Attention au courant à marée haute et celui généré par l'estuaire du fleuve situé plus à l'Est. Attention également aux brise-lames. Visez plutôt la marée basse pour ne pas être dérangé par ces derniers. Pour vous y rendre, vous devez marcher un peu après avoir garé votre voiture plus à l'ouest. Le stationnement en bord de mer est payant toute l'année. Pour ne pas payer, il faut se garer en ville et faire 800 mètres à pied (ce qui est compliqué en windsurf et wing) Merci à Philippe et à Luigi pour l'information. ------------------- EN : Kitesurf, windsurf, wingsurf and surf spot. This nice spot works with West to East-North-East wind, the best orientation being West-North-West to North-North-East wind. East-North-East winds give you the biggest waves. Beware of the current at high tide and that generated by the river estuary located further east. Also beware of the breakwaters. Aim for low tide so as not to be disturbed by them. To get there, you have to walk a bit after parking your car further west. Parking by the sea is not free all year round.
