Central
Spot de Wingfoil, de Kitesurf et de Windsurf. Ce spot fonctionne principalement par vent de Sud-Ouest, avec de bons surf frontside à faire. Le vent de Sud-Ouest est renforcé au printemps et à l'été avec un bon thermique pouvant atteindre les 15 à 20 nœuds. Les vagues sont plus propres à mi-marée. Les vagues peuvent atteindre 2 mètres l'hiver. ----------
