Is Solinas
FR : Spot de Kitesurf, de wing et de windsurf. Le vent du nord-ouest (Mistral) qui prédomine en Sardaigne, souffle fort et directement dans la baie. Les vents d'Ouest et Nord-Ouest sont renforcés par le thermique (de mai à octobre) quand il y a du soleil ou peu de nébulosité. Le vent souffle alors de 5 à 10 nœuds plus fort que prévu. Le vent d’ouest (Ponente) et le sud-ouest (Libeccio) soufflent assez bien du printemps à l’automne si le ciel n’est pas trop nuageux. Le spot de Is Solinas est apprécié pour son eau plate et peu profonde qui en font un spot approprié pour les débutants. C’est aussi un endroit idéal pour l'hydrofoil. La plage est assez longue et l’endroit est sûr car les vents sont latéraux et côtiers. Attention, les dunes et les buissons méditerranéens offrent une protection naturelle contre le vent, des turbulences peuvent se créer sur la plage en raison de la végétation à proximité.
